SHIPPING POLICY
The Modern Romantique is not responsible once item has been shipped. Please allow 5-10 days for packaging and processing, if any repairs are deemed necessary after an order has been placed (resoling, or heel tip replacement), shipping may be delayed and you will be notified. The Modern Romantique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. At this time TMR does not offer international shipping. However, you can reach out to us via email and we can try to assist in getting a shipment to you for an additional fee
PRELOVED POLICY
All items are vintage and pre-loved, meaning they have lived a precious life before ending up in your hands. Please be sure to read all item descriptions and view all photos thoroughly before making your purchase. No one product will be 100% new unless otherwise stated. All orders go through quality control and may come with some sole or heel repairs if necessary and may cause a delay in shipping. This is to make sure your pieces are ready for their new life.
